Welcome to Risimide! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Risimide platform and its related services. By accessing or using Risimide, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Risimide.

1. Account Registration
1.1. You must create an account to use certain features of Risimide. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on Risimide except as permitted by these Terms.

4. User Content
4.1. By using Risimide, you may submit content (code, comments, etc.). You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it, you grant ROZENBRIDGE INSPIRED SIMULATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content.
4.2. You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Termination
5.1. ROZENBRIDGE INSPIRED SIMULATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED may terminate or suspend your access to Risimide at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that ROZENBRIDGE INSPIRED SIMULATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

6.1. ROZENBRIDGE INSPIRED SIMULATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Risimide following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
